Can I order without creating an account?

You can order from us without creating an account if you choose to do so.

How do I create an account?

If you already have an account with us, click on “Login” on the top right side of the page and enter your login details. If you do not have an account with us, click on “Register” under log-in and enter your details to register an account with us.

Orders and Payments

Do you have an in store shopping option?

We are solely an online store. We do not have a walk-in or in-store shopping option.

How do I place an order?

You can order easily by using our online store. When you find an item you are interested in, click on “Add To Cart”. Once all your items are added to cart, click on “View Cart” to check your order. Once you check your order, click on “Proceed To Checkout”. On this page, add your delivery address and choose your payment option. Once done, click on “Place Your Order”. Your order is now complete!

What payment options do you offer?

You can choose to make payment using one of our online payment gateways. If you want to pay using Credit & Debit Card, you can do so by selecting the Yoco payment gateway. If you want to pay using EFT, you can select the Payfast or Ozow payment gateway. If you would like to pay over 6 weeks’ interest-free, you can select the Payflex payment gateway.

Do you keep all items in stock?

All items available for purchase on our online store are kept in stock. We do not drop-ship or sell any items on lead-time.


How long does it take for an order to be dispatched for delivery?

All orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day from the time the order is placed provided that the order is placed before 10am on the same day. If an order is placed after 10am on the same day, then the order will only be dispatched the next working day.

What delivery options do you offer?

We currently offer two delivery options.

Courier – These are door-to-door services.
Collection – You can collect from us free of charge.
Weekends and Public Holidays excluded.

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday. In main centres, this is usually within 1 – 3 business days of dispatch. In regional and outlying areas, it may take a few days longer.

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer Free Delivery throughout South Africa on orders R600 or more. See here for more information.

How do I track my order?

If you have chosen our courier option for delivery, you will receive a tracking link for your order once it is dispatched. If you have chosen our collection option, you will receive a notification via your email address informing you that your order is ready for collection.

Returns and Refunds

What is your Return’s Policy?

If you would like to return an item purchased, you may do so within 7 days of your purchase provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging. Items received damaged must be brought to our notice within 24 hours of delivery.

What is your Refund’s Policy?

If you have returned an item purchased in accordance to our Return’s Policy, you will be provided with one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of the item for the item returned, a non-transferable credit or a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item.
