RETURNS POLICY

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of the faulty or incorrect item within one day of delivery. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Once your returned item arrives at our returns centre, a refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our Returns Policy does not apply to the following goods: discounted or sale items, soft toys, inflatables, stationary, feeding accessories and personalized items. These items are not eligible for return, refund or replacement.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

If you are approved for a refund or replacement, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In the case of a replacement, an order of the replacement item must be placed on our online store as a new purchase which will be processed separately.

SHIPPING

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned or replacement item to our returns centre.
